The Modular Metall GmbH is always striving to keep the production times or project cycles as short as possible for our customers in order to save resources and minimize costs. Especially in the field of prototyping, spare parts and small series production, 3D printing has become strongly established as an additional manufacturing option.

With our machine park, we therefore have the possibility to produce complex, organic shapes, which would be difficult or impossible to realize with traditional production methods. This also opens up new possibilities for creative design.

Our 3D manufacturing line allows for the fast creation of prototypes and models. Companies can turn ideas into physical forms in a timely manner to validate design, test functionality, and identify flaws before expensive tools are made for mass production.

Our processes used include fused deposition modeling (FDM), selective laser sintering (SLS), stereolithography (SLA) and direct metal laser sintering (DMLS).

Not only in manufacturing new possibilities arise, also already in data acquisition / digitization MMG uses a new standard. Here, 3D measurement technology is the measure of all things. Our professional 3D scanner solution, can be used for scenarios of different sizes and is ideal for applications or tasks such as inspection, reverse design, simulation and analysis due to its high accuracy.

The applications range from overall size control of vehicles and mechanical components to tool creation and the refurbishment of OEM and used parts.
